Terms of Sale
By placing an order with us, you are (1) offering to purchase product(s), (2) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (3) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.

Flash Freeze accepts payment methods through PayPal or bank wire transfer. Flash Freeze is not responsible for the additional transaction fee when using PayPal or bank wire transfer.
You are responsible for all costs of currency conversion relating to your order. Your financial institution does the currency conversion and may charge you additional fees (we don’t control either the conversion rates or your financial institution’s fees).
Prices for products offered via the Site may change at any time, and the Flash Freeze do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
Shipping
Flash Freeze would begin to process the order once the payment has been fully received and the contract is officially signed. Please keep in mind that delay might occur due to national holidays, natural disaster or any other scenario that is out of our control. We would try out best to resolve the issues, however, we will not be responsible for any losses incurred to a delay in shipping arising out of any cause beyond our control.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Flash Freeze are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Flash Freeze or to products you purchase through Flash Freeze shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Flash Freeze’s intellectual property rights, Flash Freeze may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in federal court of Tokyo, Japan, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
Site Policies, Modification, and Severability
Flash Freeze reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
